Molteni&C brings its signature vision of refined living to an exclusive private villa in St. Moritz, a project conceived by M2P Associati in collaboration with architect Matteo Tartufoli. Set against the dramatic Alpine landscape, the residence embodies a contemporary approach to living, one in which architecture, design, and nature exist in effortless harmony.
Curated furnishings by Molteni&C span both interior and exterior spaces, expressing a sense of timeless elegance that is intrinsic to the brand’s philosophy of quality, craftsmanship, and understated luxury.
Outdoor areas unfold as a seamless extension of the interiors, maintaining a continuous dialogue with the surrounding mountains. In the lounge, the Sway sofa and coffee tables by Yabu Pushelberg introduce a mood of relaxed sophistication, while the sculptural Petalo armchairs, designed by Molteni&C Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen, encourage moments of pause and contemplation, framed by sweeping views.
The outdoor dining setting is anchored by the Fairmount table and Boboli chairs, both by Van Duysen, offering a refined interpretation of open-air conviviality through clean lines, tactile materials, and quiet elegance. Completing the composition are the Pantalica coffee tables, rug, and daybed from Elisa Ossino’s outdoor collection, paired with Van Duysen’s Picea side table, together forming a cohesive, harmonious landscape of design. The relaxation area reaches its most expressive note with the high-back Petalo armchair and matching pouf, ideal for moments of tranquility immersed in nature.
Inside, the villa unfolds into warm, carefully proportioned spaces centred around two Paul sofas by Van Duysen. Their balanced volumes and enveloping comfort define the living area, complemented by Ron Gilad’s 45° coffee tables, which introduce a play of pure geometry and transparency, adding a subtle architectural rhythm to the interior.
