Based on the prestigious Place Saint-Georges in Paris, this apartment was acquired by Luis Laplace and his partner Christophe Comoy in 2007 and holds a special story. After 15 years, the space underwent a remarkable transformation, merging the timeless elegance of classic colonial Parisian architecture with a modern and extravagant curation.
Throughout the project, the influence of modern colonial style is evident—a design aesthetic that seamlessly combines traditional elegance with contemporary elements. Laplace and Comoy tailored the decor to reflect their personal preferences and lifestyle, resulting in a harmonious fusion of heritage and innovation through a unique and captivating environment that strikes a perfect balance between the past and the present.
Exuding abundant personality, each area within the apartment is meticulously adorned, reflecting the couple`s sophisticated and captivating style. A harmonious fusion of antiques and contemporary elements permeates the space, infusing it with timeless elegance and a touch of modernity.
