From her Colourful Universe Rianna Kounou shares her One-of-a-kind gift guide

Rianna Kounou is the creative force behind Rianna + Nina. With over three decades of experience in vintage fashion, collectibles treasures, and costume history, she is the creative mastermind behind all the designs of the brand. Rianna’s collections are a reflection of her personal world. From her ever-growing archive of rare vintage fabrics and timeless garments to her love for art, books, films, and global travels, every detail becomes part of her creative journey. Since 2024, Rianna continues to write this colorful story on her own, leading the brand into its next chapter with a renewed vision.

Rianna + Nina is a team of artisans creating treasures that are seasonless, timeless, and size inclusive, allowing each piece to be appreciated for lifetimes and beloved for generations. As a pioneer label devoted to sustainability, it touches every aspect of our work; each one-of-a-kind piece is composed of vintage, upcycled fabrics, and all unused material from our ready-to-wear collections is conserved to be reincorporated into our archive collection.

As 2025 comes to a close, I reflect on a year filled with growth, creativity, and joy. I started the year at Buchinger Wellness, a truly One-of-a-kind place that helped me feel healthier, stronger, and more centered than ever. Over the months, I had the honor of running RIANNA + NINA fully in charge, guiding our brand with care and intention, and seeing it flourish in a way that fills me with pride.

This year was also marked by unforgettable collaborations and experiences, our partnership with the WILD Beach in Mykonos, creating an inspiring beach house in Antiparos with The Rooster, and presenting a 0ne-of-a-kind fashion runway show at my beloved Marbella Club, a place that continually inspires me, believes in me, and supports my creativity in a truly unique way just like the pieces we presented.

Looking ahead, 2026 holds exciting new beginnings. We are soon opening our flagship store in Paris, a location that brings me immense joy as it allows me to connect even more deeply with the RIANNA + NINA community and friends from around the world. I am also thrilled about an upcoming collaboration with a brand I deeply admire, soon to be revealed to the world.
