ENA
Yannis Sergakis introduces ENA, a new series of one-of-a-kind creations built around exceptional gemstones, individually selected by the designer for their unique character.
ENA means “one” in Greek, a name that reflects the essence of the project: each jewel exists as a singular piece, created around a stone that cannot be replicated.
At the heart of ENA is a distinctive setting developed for the series. Delicate gold and diamond elements appear to gravitate around each gemstone, tracing its individual shape rather than imposing a predetermined structure. The setting becomes almost an extension of the stone itself, highlighting its proportions, colour and natural singularity while preserving the sense of lightness that defines Yannis Sergakis’ work.
Rather than a traditional collection, ENA is conceived as an ongoing series, released in intimate chapters whenever a remarkable stone inspires a new creation. Each piece begins with the gemstone, allowing its particular character to determine the final composition.
The first chapter of ENA comprises four unique pieces: two necklaces and two pairs of earrings.
A 5.51-carat natural sapphire necklace features an oval mixed-cut stone shifting between shades of blue and violet, set on an Immortelle chain in 18k yellow gold.
The second necklace is centred around an exceptional Paraiba tourmaline, its distinctive colour enhanced by the delicate Orbit setting.
The two pairs of earrings continue this exploration of remarkable coloured stones. The first features 3.91 carats of natural Madagascar sapphires. The second brings together 4.05 carats of emeralds and 0.79 carats of diamonds, with black rhodium detailing creating depth and contrast around the stones.
Together, these four creations establish the language of ENA: one stone, one setting, one jewel. Each future chapter will introduce new gemstones and new compositions, while the Orbit setting provides a subtle thread connecting the pieces.
