the colour of a wall, the coat you choose to wear.
A home is a personal cosmology of these choices, of light
and shadow and form, organised around desire.
Stefano Baisi and Luca Guadagnino understand this well. As production designer and director respectively, they have spent almost a decade creating worlds together that extend from interior architecture to cinema and fashion.
For the first time, their cinematic universe enters, if you wish, your own home.
The result is Baisi Guadagnino for Zara Home, the brand’s most extensive collaboration to date, comprising more than 200 pieces, from furniture, lighting, tableware, textiles, rugs and mirrors to scented candles and a ready-to-wear collection.
The collection launches worldwide on September 26, in stores and online. From the sofa to the fragrance, from the chandelier to the coat, an entire subconscious world opens up before us.
The home collection brings together non-Euclidean encounters between different worlds of design, moving freely across space and time, drawing on and creatively reinterpreting the geometries of the Vienna Secession, the curves of French Art Deco, the warmth of Brazilian Modernism and the sensuality of Italian Radical Design.
These influences meet and overlap, giving rise to objects that curve, fold, swell and embrace the space around them.
This collection returns the home and the body to the world of dreams.
Each object has its own name.

Charged with meanings that transcend the functionality of objects, the collection becomes an atlas of desires, an encyclopaedia of longing unfolding through objects, rooms and the distance between the stars. What you choose may reveal something about your own deepest desires.
The ready-to-wear collection creates a wardrobe that moves beyond the boundaries of menswear and womenswear. Its starting point is the men’s suit, amplified through a looser fit and more generous proportions, while tweed and wool fresco shed their formality and are reimagined for a life in motion.
From Belgium, it draws a particular sensitivity to colour and unexpected combinations. From Japan, a distinctive understanding of volume and silhouette, with the masculine and feminine mirroring one another.
And from neither of these places exactly: a functionality that follows sensuality, with a series of pared-back, sculptural dresses completing the wardrobe, revealing and celebrating the silhouette.
Taken as a whole, it is a wardrobe for the citizens of a place that does not yet exist.
A short film directed by Luca Guadagnino and written by Scott Z. Burns, the screenwriter behind Contagion, The Bourne Ultimatum and The Report, will star Jamie Bell, Chase Sui Wonders, Michael Stuhlbarg and Patricia Arquette.
Filmed in Europe to accompany the launch of the collection, the film extends the collaboration into the medium from which their partnership began. The film’s production design is by Stefano Baisi. The presentation of the collection in stores has also been designed by Baisi Guadagnino, bringing their creative vision into the physical space as well.
The Baisi Guadagnino collection will be available from September 26, 2026, at zarahome.com, zara.com and selected stores worldwide.
The collection will be presented on September 26 and 27, as part of Milan Fashion Week, at La Pelota in Milan, through a two-day pop-up open to the public, hosted within a site-specific installation designed by Luca Guadagnino and Stefano Baisi.
The pop-up will be open on both days from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Stefano Baisi was born in the Apennines of Reggio Emilia, Italy, on June 12, 1986. He is a production designer and architect working across film, architecture and fashion. He lives in Milan.
Luca Guadagnino was born in Palermo on August 10, 1971, to a Sicilian father and an Algerian mother. He is a producer, screenwriter, director, project developer and designer. He lives in Milan.
